electronic advertising/street furniture

i respectfully ask lupc to put the issue of banning electronic advertising on street furniture/informational kiosks on their agenda at the earliest possible date.
i was in new york city and they have already begun to place electronic advertising on their structures at eye level. it is disgusting.
