2. Public comment on agenda item – 10 minutes

3. Evaluation of the appropriateness of payable items from Budget pages of submitted Community Improvement Project applications. Findings to be forwarded to the Neighborhood Committee prior to its ranking of the projects. Kevin McNeely (financial specialist from the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment) will be present to help with this process. NOTE: There will be no discussion on the merits of the projects.
