Special Election Meeting

On January 17th, 2006, Venice Stakeholders will be asked to ratify two important GRVNC Board actions
at a Special Election Meeting to be run concurrently with the GRVNC Board meeting. The two items to be
voted on are:

1) Confirm or replace the GRVNC Board's appointment to fill the vacant District 2 Board seat.
2) Ratify or reject the GRVNC Board's unanimous decision to amend the GRVNC Bylaws to permit General
Election meetings to be held in September rather then June, as described here:

Amendments

All stakeholders, except those already registered from the September 2005 GRVNC General Election,
will need to provide proof of their stakeholder status in the form of a valid credential to vote.
