Grant Explains OPD Position Before VNC

To get OPD or not to get OPD is the question facing Venice and the 11th Council District. The Coastal Commission has put a cog in the wheel that has been rolling for several years to create the regulations governing a Venice OPD, obtain the block-by-block petitions, the approval by the Los Angeles City Council.
