Pacific Division Break Room Revitalization Project ( presentation )

Overview:

This project is the first of a long term commitment to bring the community and the police together in a combined effort to protect and preserve the communities within the Pacific Area. Community policing involves the community and without community cohesion the limited resources of LAPD are fragmented. Community Policing is NOT restricted to matters regarding of the LAW, rather all matters relating to quality of life, from disaster preparedness to whom do I contact if I need a cup of sugar or $20. The Pacific Area, although diverse consists of neighborhoods that need to work together as neighbors until each block unites with the block next door and so on and so on.

Goal:
