1905 Church on Rose Ave. to be sold / change use

I have just found out that the Church at 305 Rose Ave
is up for sale.I have talked to several members of
the Charitable Trust Fund and they told me that the
trust is trying to change the usage from Church to
Residential so they can sell it to a Condo Developer!!
This Church was built the same year Abbot Kinney
founded Venice Beach!! It should be nominated as a
Historic Building. Thanks Rick Swinger
