If anyone was wondering what those strange three wheeled vehicles are around town are, the answer is electric cars from Zap Car. Local Indie online radio station Little Radio has teamed up with the manufacturer to promote them in LA. Check out their temporary show room at Abbot Kinney and Venice Blvd for a test drive.

The current models go 25 miles at up to 40 mph for less then $10K. Pretty handy little second cars for around town perhaps.
