I am writing you on behalf of Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services (LA NHS) to reintroduce the organization and to offer our services to the residents in the neighborhoods you represent. LA NHS is a non profit organization with over 20 years of experience serving Los Angeles neighborhoods.
