The Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs is developing a "cultural master plan" for Los Angeles and the 11th District is invited to participate at a meeting at the Venice Abbot-Kinney Library on Saturday November 8th from 12:30 until 2pm.

Venice Stakeholders will be asked to ratify five VNC Bylaws changes at a Special Election Meeting to be run concurrently with the VNC Town Hall Meeting on October 23, 2008 from 7 to 9PM at Westminster School Auditorium, 1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd.

The items to be voted on are:
