Discuss support of resolution to oppose the Proposed Woodside Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal off the Coast of LAX. Draft resolution to be presented to VNC Board for approval. * 4b. Discuss and create a comprehensive Bicycling plan for Venice * 4c. Discuss planning a Climate Change Town Hall meeting 21 reads (event) BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE Start: 6:30 pm End: 9:30 pm AGENDA 1. Call to order 2. Public comment on agenda item – 10 minutes 3. Evaluation of the appropriateness of payable items from Budget pages of submitted Community Improvement Project applications. Findings to be forwarded to the Neighborhood Committee prior to its ranking of the projects. Kevin McNeely (financial specialist from the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment) will be present to help with this process. NOTE: There will be no discussion on the merits of the projects. 4.
