Outreach Committee

GRVNC will make a continuing and concerted effort to increase the voting membership and achieve a diversity of Community Stakeholder representation in the membership and on committees, consistent with the DONE Plan. GRVNC will in good faith communicate with all Neighborhood Council Community Stakeholders on a regular basis in a manner ensuring that information is disseminated evenly and in a timely manner, consistent with the DONE Plan. GRVNC will advertise all meetings in advance using such methods identified by the Communications and Outreach Committee or GRVNC membership and deemed to be timely and effective, consistent with the Brown Act. The Communications and Outreach Committee will have general responsibility for developing specific strategies, policies, and procedures for outreach and communications, and for working with geographic representatives to implement and coordinate outreach and communication activities.
