1. Call to Order – Sheila Bernard, President at appr. 10:00 PM 

2. Introductions/Roll Call: Executive Committee Members Present:  Sheila Bernard, Tom O’Meara, Elena Popp, Paul Ryan, Jim Smith, Alice Stek.

3. Public Comment – None.

4. Approval of Minutes for Executive Committee - Tabled

5. Administrative Items - None

6. Agenda items for 3/22/04: Motion to place all items not dealt with tonight on the 3/22/04 as well as the following: 1) Appointment of liaison to Laura Chick’s office; 2) concerns re police conduct tonight; 3) $600 request from VCC for study; 4) proposed bylaws changes; 5) approval of second quarter budget; 6) nominations and election of District 7 rep; 7) Grievance Committee report (will be a regular item and if they submit a report will be an action item); 8) Support continued funding for the cultural affairs department. Request that the Bylaws and Budget items be high on the agenda.

7. Public Comment: None.

8. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Elena Popp with second from Tom O’Meara. Passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 10:25 PM.
