Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of the Seven Executive Officers and is chaired by President. It sets the agenda for the Board and recommends actions to it.

If you would like the Executive Committee to agendize a motion for the full Board,

please bring at least 10 copies of the requested motion to an E.C. meeting and

be prepared to explain in full what the motion would do and why it is needed.

When: 2nd Thursday of the Month

To assure that your request for placement on the agenda of the next Board of Officers meeting will be considered at the next Executive Committee meeting, this Form must be fully completed, along with all required documents, and submitted to DeDe Audet, GRVNC Executive Committee Chair, president@grvnc.org, at least 7 days in advance of the next scheduled regular Executive Committee meeting.
