The City Council office and a small group of Venice people initiated this proposed ordinance, which could change the face of Venice Beach. It will hare and even eliminate many Venice Beach Vendors, Artists, and Politicos through a new “permit program” of regulations and restrictions for an area that was previously deemed, by law, a unique area dedicated for artistic, political, and religious FREEDOM!)
