MOTION: Provide $ 200 to LPBN for their outstanding service to GRVNC and the Community.

Boardwalk Ordinance Petition

MOTION:Approve petition containing the following language: (Venice Beach is a World Class destination directly due to the existence the Free Speech Zone (the West Sid of the Venice Boardwalk). The City Council office and a small group of Venice people initiated this proposed ordinance, which could change the face of Venice Beach. It will hare and even eliminate many Venice Beach Vendors, Artists, and Politicos through a new “permit program” of regulations and restrictions for an area that was previously deemed, by law, a unique area dedicated for artistic, political, and religious FREEDOM!)

Councilperson’s Initiative Re: Proposed Lincoln Center Project

MOTION: GRVNC welcomes the Councilperson’s initiative to bring the proposed Lincoln Center Development to the attention of the Venice Community and to inform the Developer this proposed project must be considered by the GRVNC Land Use and Planning Committee, Conservation Committee, and final action of the Board.
