Motion passed
Motion: (by Ron, Darryl second) To give voters a vote-by-mail option and to include space for write-in candidates on the prepared ballot.
Erma: difficult verification w/ absentee
Darryl: Normal (city) elections include vote-by-mail: to get an absentee ballot, you must already be registered
Ron: favors absentee voting and registration at same time with register by mail component
Bill: keep it simple and clean, vote-by-mail gives too many opportunities for manipulation
Fred: no
