1. Call to order

2. Chair explains to the propective committee members (stakeholders with last names ending in “D” or “N”) what is expected of the committee and when.

a. Basically, attending two or three meetings in the following two or three weeks to conform GRVNC elections procedures to LA Department of Neighborhood empowerment standards template. The hard deadline being set by the chair is April 5 so the report can be agendized by the Executive committee meeting on April 7. The current Elections procedure will be given out as well as the DONE template.

3. Those that want to volunteer for this task will be accepted.

4. If the committee size grows to large, then screening will be done by the chair by who has the most availability.

5. The committee will sit and be called to order.

6. The procedure for how to accomplish the task will be debated and voted upon and the next meeting time will be set.
