Boardwalk Committee Mission Statement Acting as a committee of the Grassroots Venice Neighborhood Council (GRVNC) to retain the unique character and diversity of the boardwalk that has made it a world famous free speech zone, artist and performance mecca. To represent all the people in Venice, empowering them so that everyone’s voice is heard whether they are business owners, residents, activists, homeowners or are physically here whether they are housed or not. Identify the current situation of the boardwalk and find solutions to any problems. Participation to be motivated by principles of basic Human Rights and Civil Rights.
