This is the second meeting and Venice stakeholder participation is 
encouraged. At the first meeting a committee mission was established, using 
consensus, with this supporting statement: Acting as a committee of the 
GRVNC, identify the current situation of poverty and homelessness in 
Venice to insure the basic human rights of all members of the Venice 
community. Furthermore, we will work to network with the GRVNC, the Venice 
community, and other organizations with similar missions.
Discussions, ideas, and proposals should be motivated by principles of 
basic Human Rights and Civil Rights.
Tentative Agenda:
· Review Committee Mission Statement (created 15-Dec meeting)
· Group Brainstorming (continued from 15-Dec meeting)
	-Identify Issues and Possible Projects or Activities
· Reach Consensus on One or Two Committee Priorities, Projects, or 
Activities
